Reelin Reds Fishing Charter

Family-Owned and Operated

About Us

Image 1 Reelin Reds Fishing promotes a family fishing adventure. Our family loves fishing, sightseeing, or going for a nice lunch or dinner on the water. We have a great family and are excited to share adventures with your family and friends.
Our Captain Ken Davenport and wife Ginger have been married 35 years and grew up spending many summers in Long Beach, NC with their grandparents who lived there.
Our family consists of Dylan, Hannah, Hamp, and newborn Lill who live in Holly Springs, NC. Ashton, Justin, and Riptide live in Wendell, NC.
Where did the name come from? After bouncing ideas and names around over our Thanksgiving dinner the name Reelin Reds was selected by our family because of our love for Red Golden Retrievers and fishing for big bull Redfish.

Our Logo

Created by Ashton, one of the amazing women in our family, our logo is a representation of the animal that has shaped our family for years: the golden retriever. We have owned three red golden retrievers so far in our history, all three with loyal ties to the beach, the water, and the life that the ocean provides. The logo was modeled after Riptide, and the fish pictured in our logo is a cartoonized version of a red drum that was caught by our captain, Ken Davenport. 843 and 910 represent the area codes of our two homes, North Myrtle Beach & Rockingham.
